I didn't receive a confirmation email to confirm my purchase when my order was placed.

After each purchase, you will receive an email from "noreply@circular.xyz".

It is possible that your provider (often outlook or hotmail) blocks emails from our domain. You should look for:

Subject: Your Circular ring has shipped!
From: Circular <contact@circular.xyz>

If you haven't received an email with the summary of what Circular items you just bought, here is what we recommend:

Check your spam and your promotion folders. It is highly likely that for hotmail email addresses, your Circular order email has gone into your spams. If you are using gmail, it might be likely that the email is automatically detected as a "promotion". If after checking, you still don't find it, go to the next step.

You should wait a couple of minutes. Give it at least 10 minutes before going to the next step. Sometimes there are some problems server side, which happen more than often.

If you still don't have the email, you can chat with us directly or send us an email at support@circular.xyz and we will either re-send it to you or make sure of your information.
