My Circular Ring vibrates on its own, unexpectedly or constantly
If you noticed that your ring is vibrating by itself while you do not have any particular alerts / alarm activated or when not pressing your ring's button, then please follow the steps below. Please check if the problem persists after each of the step.
Go to Settings > Notifications and turn off all notifications including "High heart rate alert", "Low heart rate alert". For the heart rate alerts, make sure to click on them, turn them off and then press the "Done" button.
Go into My Ring > Factory Reset and then setup a new ring in the Manage my rings menu.
If the vibrations persist, please contact the support at support@circular.xyz.
