I don't receive your verification emails when I create an account / sign up on the Circular app / password reset
- Your email host provider (often Outlook or Hotmail) may block emails from our domain circular.xyz or send them to spam.
You should look for an email called:
Subject: Your Circular verification code
From: Circular <noreply@circular-auth.com>
If you don't see the email in your spam or promotion tab, then please try to sign up with another email domain.
- It's also possible that your professional internet WIFI network, or professional SIM card or device blocks emails from our domain circular.xyz.
If you're using one of these, please retry with your personal mobile network.
