I don't receive your verification emails when I create an account / sign up on the Circular app / password reset


  • Your email host provider (often Outlook or Hotmail) may block emails from our domain circular.xyz or send it to spam.


You should look for an email called:


Subject: Your Circular verification code


From: Circular <noreply@circular-auth.com>


If you don't see the email in your spam or promotion tab, then please try to sign up with another domain.


  • It's also possible that your professional internet wifi (or professional SIM card) block emails from our domain circular.xyz.


If that's the case, please retry with your personal mobile network.
