My account created on the website is not working on the app

The Circular App account and Circular website account are completely different.

If you don’t see a sign-up button on the Circular website, don’t worry — that’s completely normal.

Account Creation Happens Only in the App

Circular accounts are not created through the website.

To register or create an account, please use the Circular mobile app:

• Download the Circular app
• Open it on your phone
• Create your account directly inside the app by clicking on Sign Up

Trying to Access Your Web Order?

If you’re trying to view order details or shipping information on the website, you can log in using:

• The email address you used during checkout, or
• Your Order ID, found in your confirmation email

This will allow you to access your order status page without needing a website account.
