Are the servers down?

If your app is crashing at opening, data is missing, or you’re seeing errors after or before your sync, like "ES02", there’s a high chance our servers may be experiencing temporary issues.

🚫 What NOT to Do

Please do not uninstall the app or log out of it.

Doing so will erase your local data and won’t solve the problem. In fact, it could make things worse.

✅ What to Do Instead

• You can synchronize during off-peak hours, i.e., not right after you wake up, because everyone synchronizes within a short timeframe.
• There’s nothing else you need to do on your side.
• Wait and try syncing again later or the next day
