Can I exchange my Circular Ring for another size?

You can exchange your ring for another size before your ring has been shipped. You can do that on your order status page, found on your email confirmation or accessible at https://account.circular.xyz/authentication/login

If you have already received your ring, we can exchange it for free within 14 days. But you'll have to pay for the return shipping cost and the new shipping cost. Please contact the support at https://www.circular.xyz/contact-us with your order ID and the new size. You must attach a picture showing the perfect condition of the ring in all angles.

Your order should be in its original package, should be completely free from defects, with the entirety of the items that you ordered and be in the same condition that it was received in.
