Can I exchange my Circular Ring for another size?

You can exchange your ring for another size until your ring has been shipped.

If you already received your ring, we can exchange it for free within 14 days. But you'll have to pay for the return shipping cost and the new shipping cost. Please contact the support at support@circular.xyz or through the website's chat with your order ID and the new size. You must attach a picture showing the perfect condition of the ring in all angles.

Your order should be in its original package, should be completely free from defects, with the entirety of the items that you ordered and in the same conditions that it was received in.
