Please ensure that ring is connected to your app and that "Sleep mode" is not activated in your app otherwise you will not be able to synchronize the data of your ring with the app. To see the status of your app, please check if your sleep and activity circles are grayed out. If they are then you are in sleep mode. To disable the sleep mode, you can click on the sleep mode button in your quick access banner on your home page. You will find all the quick accesses available in the burger menu of your app.

Once you are sure you are not in sleep mode, you need to synchronize the data of your ring with your app everytime you want to see them. To synchronize your ring with the app you need to scroll down on the home page until you see a loading that appears. Wait until it goes to 100% with a message saying "Done".
