I can't synchronize my data or I don't see my sleep or activity data inside of the app

Please ensure that your Circular ring is connected to your app and that "Airplane mode" is not activated in your app. Otherwise you will not be able to synchronize the data of your ring with the app. To check that easily, please check if your sleep and energy circles are grayed out. If they are then you are in Airplane mode.
To disable the Airplane mode, you can click on the Airplane mode button in your quick access banner on your home page. You will find all the available quick accesses in the burger menu of your app.

Once you are sure you are not in Airplane mode, you need to synchronize the data of your ring with your app everytime you want to see them. To synchronize your ring with the app you need to scroll down on the home page until you see a loading that appears. Wait until it goes to 100% with a message saying "Done".

Please kill your app after seeing your data, you don't need to leave it open.
