If you haven't received an email with the summary of what Circular items you just bought, here is what we recommend:
- Check your spam and your promotion folders. It is highly likely that for Hotmail email addresses, your Circular order email has gone into your spam. If you are using Gmail, the email is likely automatically detected as a "promotion". If after checking, you still don't find it, go to the next step.
- You should wait a couple of minutes. Give it at least 10 minutes before going to the next step. Sometimes there are some problems server-side, which happen more often.
- If you still don't have the email, you can chat with us directly or send us an email at https://www.circular.xyz/contact-us, and we will either resend it to you or change the email.
