I don't see my steps at all in the app

If your steps are not appearing in the Circular app, don’t worry — this can often be fixed quickly by checking a simple setting.


Follow these steps:

  1. Open the Circular app
  2. Tap the top-left menu icon (☰)
  3. Go to Profile
  4. Select Advanced Information
  5. Scroll down to Physical Disabilities
  6. Make sure the option “No physical disability” is unchecked
✅ Enabling “Physical Disabilities” activates a mode with reduced or no activity tracking. Unchecking this option enables step tracking and ensures your daily activity data appears correctly in the app.
