My data synchronization gets stuck at 0% or any other %percentage, and/or the app closes / crashes during the sync

  • Make sure your phone is not in Power Saving Mode, which can limit Bluetooth functionality.


  • Try again by killing the app (swipe up from the background running apps) and restarting it.


  • If not working, go to My Ring > Factory reset to delete corrupted data from the ring. Please note that after a factory reset, you will need to set up your ring again on the charger.


If that didn't solve it:


  • Go to My Ring > Manage my devices > Tap the red ❌ > Delete the ring from your phone’s Bluetooth list.

  • Then, reconnect the ring by setting it up as a new device in the app. Make sure to accept the pairing request pop-up.
