My personal information has changed after my purchase and before my shipping, how can I update it?

If your order is not already shipped, we can help you directly with changes related to:

A change of address
A change of email address
A change of sizing

Please send an email to support@circular.xyz or through the website's chat.

If your order has already shipped, we can't do much. Either the product is returned to us or we can do nothing if you have not opted for transport insurance.
