My Sport Session Is Stuck on Syncing Page
f you have finished a workout but the app is hanging on the Syncing screen (e.g., it is stuck at a specific percentage or simply won't finish), follow these steps to restore functionality to your app and ring.
⚠️ Note: Following these steps will result in the loss of the data from your current sport session but will unlock the situation.
Step 1: Exit the Sync Screen
Since the sync is frozen, you must manually navigate away from the sync in progress screen to go back to the home page:
- Android Users: Tap the Back button from your navigation bar
- iOS Users: Swipe left from the edge of the screen to return to the previous menu.
Step 2: Factory Reset the Ring
To clear the glitched session, you need to reset the connection:
- From the App Home screen, tap on My Ring.
- Select the option for Factory Reset.
- Wait for the process to complete, and you ring to reconnect.
Step 3: Manage the Stuck Session
Once the ring has been reset and re-paired:
- Navigate back to the Sport Session section.
- You will now be able to interact with the "stuck" session.
- Choose to either Save (if any data was recovered) or Delete the session to clear your dashboard.
