What is the ES02 error?

The ES02 error occurs when the Circular app is unable to connect to our servers.

This can happen due to one of two main reasons:

1. Our servers are temporarily down
2. Your device cannot reach our servers due to an internet issue

How to Fix It

Please check the following:

✅ Check Your Internet Connection

• Ensure your internet is active and stable.
• Avoid using public or restricted Wi-Fi networks (like in schools, or corporate offices), which may block access to unknown servers.
• If possible, switch to your personal mobile network (4G/5G) to see if the error resolves.

🔁 Still Not Working?

If you're sure your internet connection is not the issue, it's possible that our servers are experiencing downtime.
