Can I put my Circular Ring into Airplane mode?
Airplane Mode disables all data transfer from your Circular Ring to your smartphone. It keeps the BLE radio transmission to the minimum to connect to the the app and use the alarms. When Airplane Mode is enabled, your ring will continue to collect and store data.
How to Enable Airplane Mode
To enable Airplane Mode, make sure that airplane mode is one of the enabled quick access features. If you're not sure, tap the burger icon in the upper left-hand corner of the Home page. Then, click on the Quick access menu and use the slider to make Airplane mode one of the three enabled quick access. You'll then find the airplane mode button on the quick access bar on your home page.
When Airplane Mode is turned on, a blue color icon will appear on the home page below the quick access button and a lot of Circles of your app will be grayed out.

To disable Airplane Mode, make sure that airplane mode is one of the enabled quick access features. If you're not sure, tap the burger icon in the upper left-hand corner of the Home page. Then, click on the Quick access menu and use the slider to make Airplane mode one of the three enabled quick access. You'll then find the airplane mode button on the quick access bar on your home page.
When Airplane Mode is turned off, the blue color icon will disappear and your grayed out Circles will regain their color. Keep in mind that if your ring has been in Airplane Mode for more than a few days, it may take longer for your data to sync with the app once reconnecting with Bluetooth.
When to Use Airplane Mode
Consider turning on Airplane Mode if you’d like to eliminate EMF exposure from the ring.
You may also consider turning on Airplane Mode if you’re traveling to a different time zone for a short stay and don’t want time zone changes to be accounted for by your ring.
Things to Keep in Mind
Your ring data will be synced with the app only when Airplane Mode is disabled.
