Can I reboot / reset the Circular Ring? (Soft Reset & Factory Reset)
You have two ways of rebooting your ring.
Soft reset are usually conducted in an attempt to fix malfunctioning bluetooth connection. It will NOT remove your user data stored inside of the ring.
Factory reset removes all settings and returns the device to the same state as when it has been shipped from the factory. It will remove your user data stored inside of the ring.
Soft reset
place the ring on the charger and remove it. Repeat the action 10 times.
You'll feel a vibration for each time you succeded. You need to repeat the action at least every second. After 10 times, you should feel a specific haptic feedback if it's succesful.
Soft Reset will shutdown your ring. Don't forget to wake it up by placing it on the charger one more time to see it again in the scan of your app.
If you have a Circular Pro:
press the button for 5 seconds continuously. You will feel a vibration for each second pressed to help with counting. After releasing the button, you should feel a special haptic feedback if it's succesful.

Two ways:
If your ring is connected, you can operate a Factory reset by going into manage my ring and press the "Factory reset" button. You should feel a specific haptic feedback if it's succesful.
Place the ring on the charger and remove it. Repeat the action 15 times. You need to repeat the action at least every second. You'll feel a vibration for each time you succeded.
