Can I reboot / reset the Circular Ring? (Soft Reset & Factory Reset)
Circular 2
Factory reset removes all settings and returns the device to the same state as when it has been shipped from the factory. It will delete data stored inside of the ring. It keeps the last firmware. You should use it in last resort
To perform a Factory reset:
Connect your ring to your app
Go into "My ring" on the top right
Make sure the Ring is not on the charger
Press the "Factory reset" button on the bottom of the page
The ring will disconnect from the app. The Bluetooth information is deleted from the ring.
You must set up the ring once again as it was new by clicking on "Manage my devices" > "Set up new ring". Make sure to place your ring on the Charger to wake it up.
Reboot are usually conducted in an attempt to fix a malfunctioning feature or bluetooth connection. It will NOT remove the data stored inside of the ring.

You have two ways of rebooting your ring.
Soft reset are usually conducted in an attempt to fix malfunctioning bluetooth connection. It will NOT remove your user data stored inside of the ring.

place the ring on the charger and remove it. Repeat the action 10 times.
You'll feel a vibration for each time you succeded. You need to repeat the action at least every second. After 10 times, you should feel a specific haptic feedback if it's succesful.

press the button for 5 seconds continuously. You will feel a vibration for each second pressed to help with counting. After releasing the button, you should feel a special haptic feedback if it's succesful.
