Do I need to run the Circular app all the time?

The ring has a built-in memory of 10 days which means that if your phone or your app is not available, it can collect and store your biometrics for up to 10 days. Past this time without synchronization with your smartphone, the data storage will happen as a First In First Out pattern, which means that the new days of data will overwrite the oldest ones.

To summarize, to be safe you have to connect to the ring and launch a synchronization every 8 days to avoid losing data.

However with 8 day of data, synchronization will be very long. it's better to synchronize everyday.
