How can I find a lost ring?
If you’ve lost your ring and it has battery remaining, you can use the apps Find My Bluetooth Device on iOS or Wunderfind: Find Lost Device on Android to attempt tracking it down. Otherwise, reach out to our team here so we can assist you with best next steps.
There's no need to worry about someone else accessing your data. If someone attempts to connect your ring to their device, a data reset of the ring will be done and in anyway it will be blocked through our server check because it is already attached to your account.
