I can't perform a firmware update

If you’re having trouble updating your Circular Ring to the latest firmware, this guide will help you identify the issue and resolve it.

1. The update reaches 100%

If you see the progress bar reach 100%, but you’re unsure whether the update was applied:

✔️ Check your current firmware version

Go to:

My Ring → Firmware Update

Here you can verify whether your ring is already running the latest firmware version.

2. The update never reaches 100%

If the loading bar does not progress to 100%:

✔️ Try this procedure

1. Remove your ring from your finger.
2. Place the ring directly on your phone’s screen.
3. Keep the ring completely still during the update process.

This ensures a stable and uninterrupted communication channel during the firmware transfer.

Compare the Latest Firmware Version

You can always verify the newest available version and view detailed change logs here:

Then click the “Ring” tab. This page shows all firmware releases and helps you confirm whether your device is up to date.
