I can't trigger a Kira+ recommendation!

To access Kira's recommendations, you must have passed the 14-day calibration period. On your home page, you should see a new tab to Kira's recommendations that lets you see a "Generate Daily Recommendation" button. After clicking on the button, you may wait for about ten seconds before it is generated.

If you have passed the calibration period and:

You can see the "Generate Daily Recommendation" button but the recommendation is not being generated when you press the button; Go to Settings > Language, and change to another language and then come back to your original language. And then try again. If it's still not working please contact the support.
You can't access the Kira+ button then contact the support.
