I don't find my Circular Ring anymore in the App

In some cases, you may experience ring disconnection issues.

In the case that you already connected to your ring, please try to connect to your ring after each of the following steps.

Click on your ring's button. If it vibrates then go to the next step. If it does not vibrate put your ring on the charger and read this article.

Kill your app, Check your bluetooth phone settings and paired devices. If you see your Circular ring as a paired device, please unpair it. Activate the airplane mode and disable your bluetooth and gelocalization of your phone then reactivate them. Restart your app.

Please ensure that your ring is turned on in My ring > Manage my ring.

Go into My ring > Manage my ring > click on the red cross to upair the ring from your app. Bring your ring close to your phone, and try to set it up again on the app as the very first time

If your ring stil vibrates when you press the button, please operate a factory reset by pressing the button for 20 seconds and restart the process.
