I have an issue with my Circular Outershell. It does not fit my Circular Ring.

The outer shell is compatible with **Circular Pro 1 **only.

• The outershell does not fit my ring
• The outershell rotates around my ring

If you have issues of this kind with your outershells when you receive it, please contact the support by sharing a picture and request a replacement. ---

It may also be possible that your outershell has a peak of metallic material on the inside that scratches your Circular Ring. If this is the case, we advise you to sand it down or remove it with a scraping tool, otherwise you risk scratching your ring.

PS: We don't replace rings that have been damaged by outershells.
