I have an issue with my Circular Outershell. It does not fit my Circular Ring.

If you have issues of this kind with your outershells when you receive it please contact the support by sharing a picture and request a replacement. ---
It may also be possible that your Outer-shells has a peak of metallic material on the side that touches the Circular Ring. If this is the case, we advise you to sand it down or remove it with a scrapping tool, otherwise you risk scratching your ring.
PS: We don't replace rings that have been damaged by outer-shells.
