I have bad accuracy heart data / readings. What can I do?
If you feel that you have innacurate readings from your ring while you're doing a live measurements or during a sport session then here is the solution.
Firstly verify that readings are accurate if you place your fingertip on the PPG (LEDs) sensor directly. If the reading is not correct, please clean the LEDs spots with a cleaning cloth and water. If the readings are correct, please follow the next step.
Slightly rotate down your ring around your finger so that the sensor is placed on the lower part of the bottom of your finger like the picture below. You must avoid the PPG being right on the middle of the side of your finger where the bone is. Instead, aim for the vein underneath.

To achieve greater live accuracy, try closing your fist as shown above. And place your hand at the level of your heart.
