I lose battery power very quickly / high battery loss

To ensure your battery is calibrated correctly, please charge your ring fully to 100% and keep it on charge for at least 120 minutes.


If this step is skipped, the battery percentage may be inaccurate, and the consumption curve will not display correctly.


If you notice that Performance Mode consumes too much power, we recommend switching to Power Mode:

Go to My Ring → Data Mode → Power in your app.


Like all electronic devices with LiPo batteries, battery capacity will gradually decrease over time — this is normal and expected.


However, if your battery lasts less than a day after less than a year of use, that’s not normal.


Your ring may be stuck in Live Measurement Mode or Sport Session Mode. You can check this if the LED lights up automatically as soon as you wear the ring or place your finger near the sensors.


To fix this, please reboot your ring.
