I lose battery power very quickly / high battery loss
Please ensure calibrating your battery correctly by charging it fully up to 100% and for at least 45 minutes. If you don't do this, the battery will display false percentages. Please switch to eco mode if the performance mode consumes too much power for you.
Please note that the ring consumes less power between 40% and 0% than between 100 and 40%.
To switch to eco mode, please login to your ring and click on My ring > data mode > eco.
If your ring still has battery loss during multiple days, please contact the support at support@circular.xyz or website's chat by mentioning the days where it happened.
