My Circular Ring 1 does not vibrate anymore / Alarm clock is not working

The Circular Ring 2 does not have vibration capabilities. Your phone will act as the vibrator. Please follow this helpdesk if you have issues with running the smart alarm.

Your ring won't vibrate under 15% of battery. Please ensure that your ring as more than 15% battery when you want it to vibrate.
