My ring has not shipped after size validation. What should I do?
After validating your size, your ring is typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. If you haven’t received any shipping update, here are a few steps you can take:
✅ Step 1: Check Your Order Status
Visit your Order Status Page using the email you used during purchase. You can also find the link in your original order confirmation email.
🔁 Step 2: Re-Validate Your Size
Sometimes, the system may be blocked at the time of your size validation. An extra validation to trigger the shipment can help unlock this situation. Once on your order page, try validating your ring size again to make sure everything is correctly submitted.
