My stress score is not working. Why?

For your stress score to work at its best, you need to be in performance mode. Power mode doesn't offer enough granularity in data frequency to calculate your stress level. You might want to switch to performance mode by clicking on My ring > Data mode.

Please note that your Circular ring needs to be connected to the app and not syncing data
