Smart Alarm Clock / timer does not work

If your Circular Alarm Clock or Timer does not trigger as expected, please check the following:

🔹 On Android

Ensure you have granted notification authorization for the Circular app. To check this, you can press and hold the Circular app logo and click on the information point > Authorization.

🔹 On iOS

Make sure you have added the Circular app as an exception in your phone's settings for:

-Focus Mode / Do Not Disturb

-Sleep Mode (if enabled)

Ensure you have granted notification authorization to the Circular app.

Special note for iOS < 26

Users running iOS versions earlier than iOS 26 will face a system restriction. In this case, you will see a notification reminding you to keep the app running in the foreground or background to ensure alarms and timers work correctly.

Debugging Tip

To confirm the alarm system is working correctly, set an alarm for the next 2 minutes and check if it triggers.
