What are the shipping time?

To support the release of the Circular Ring 2, we’ve opened new distribution warehouses in Hong Kong that now serve all continents. This upgrade helps us process and deliver orders faster while ensuring the highest standards in logistics.

We ship with DHL Duty Paid, which means:

Your taxes and duties are prepaid
Your package will pass customs smoothly, with no hidden fees or delays. For some countries, it's not possible to pay the duties in advance. For those countries, the tax won't be charged at checkout.

📦 Shipping Timeline

Here’s what to expect during the order and delivery process:

Sizing Kit Delivery

Once your order is placed, your sizing kit will arrive within 1–3 business days.

Ring Shipping After Size Validation

After you validate your size in the app, your Circular Ring 2 will be shipped within 1–3 business days.

Transit Delivery Time

Depending on your location, the parcels will be delivered within 3–10 days after shipment.
