What is Eco and Performance mode?
The Circular Ring has different data acquisition modes which have an impact on battery duration.
You can select either the Performance mode or the Eco mode.
Eco mode will give you up to 8 days of battery. No access to sleep stages and low-frequency heart metrics acquisition.
Performance mode will give you up to 2 days of battery. Access to all features and high-frequency heart metrics acquisition.
Simply navigate to your quick accesses or your ring's management menu to pick your favorite mode and start enjoying the benefits right away.
WARNING: When you first start using the Circular Ring, you will be in performance mode by default, as this is the mode that gives the most accurate data acquisition. You need to be at least on the 4th day of calibration to access eco mode.
