The kit includes all available ring sizes made of lightweight plastic.

We recommend wearing the sizing ring for 24 hours to determine your ideal fit — a well-fitted ring ensures maximum data accuracy, comfort, and overall experience.

The sizing rings are made of plastic and may be sharper than the real ring.
