What should I do if I stop wearing my Circular Ring for a bit ? Where should I put the ring ?
Keep in mind: Storing your Circular Ring for an extended period of time (2+ weeks) without following these steps may affect the longevity of your battery and its performance.
If you plan to stop wearing it for a few days, you can place your ring in its original box. If you no longer have it, please store your ring in a temperate place protected from the sun, heat, cold, and humidity and that does not have a reflective surface.
If you plan on taking a break from wearing your Circular Ring for a longer period, we recommend enabling power saving mode. This will help prevent potential battery deterioration.
To enable power saving mode:
Ensure that you have a stable internet connection
Synch all your ring's data to your app
Factory reset your ring by going the My ring menu (ring battery level icon in the upper right-hand corner of the Home home page) > tap Factory reset button
In your device's Bluetooth settings, remove your ring from the list of connected devices
If your Circular App will ask you to reconnect your ring. Do not proceed to reconnect it.
You can place your ring in its original box. If you no longer have it, please store your ring in a temperate place protected from the sun, heat, cold, and humidity and that does not have a reflective surface.
To start using your Circular Ring again, simply place your ring on its charger and restart each step of the user guide as it was the first time using it.
