What should I do if my ring does not charge with the Circular charger?

Here’s everything you need to know to ensure your Circular Ring 2 charges correctly and efficiently.

1️⃣ Plug in Your Charger

• Use the USB-C cable provided with your charger.

• Plug it into any compatible power source (laptop, power bank, wall adapter, etc.).

• Make sure you're using a USB-C port and a reliable power source — we recommend a quality-brand adapter.

2️⃣ Place the Ring Correctly

• Position your ring on the charging dock as shown in the illustration in the charging case with the sensor of the ring positioned north.

• Once placed, press the button on the back of the charger to begin charging.

• Ensure the sensors on the inner ring align with the contact area on the dock.

3️⃣ Check the LED Indicator

💡 The charger’s LED light gives you clear feedback:

• 🟢 Pulsing green = Charging in progress

• 🟢 Solid green = Fully charged

• 🔴 Pulsing red = Charging the ring, but the charger’s battery is low

To check the battery level of the charging case, hold the button for 2 seconds:

• 🔴 Red = Less than 30% battery

• 🟠 Orange = 30–70% battery

• 🟢 Green = 70–100% battery

❗ Troubleshooting Charging Issues

If your ring doesn’t seem to charge or the LED doesn’t light up:

1. Rotate the Ring 180° (like a wheel) to ensure contact alignment with the charger as shown in the illustration.

2. Watch the LED for at least 10 seconds to confirm activity.

3. Try another power source or adapter. it is recommended that a premium brand AC adapter should be used. Some off-market adapters will prevent the ring from reaching a fully charged state. Charge your ring at room temperature. Avoid charging in your cold car, garage, or a room that is too hot.

4. Keep it at room temperature. Charging in environments that are too cold or hot may disrupt performance. Always charge at room temperature (0°C–45°C) for safety and performance.

⚠️ Important tips

• The ring is not charging automatically, make sure to press the button after placing the ring, as it does not auto-start.
• Avoid using off-brand power adapters, which may cause slow or incomplete charging.
• After a firmware update, battery readings in the app may be off—fully charge your ring once again to recalibrate.
