Q: Is Circular ring compatible / integrate / synch with other external app like Apple Health or Google Fit (HealthConnect)?

Bluetooth Connection issue: I can't find / see / connect / reconnect my ring in the app

| It's completely normal for your ring to take a few seconds to connect when you open the app. The ring uses Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE), a technology designed to be highly energy-efficient. To save battery, the connection isn't always on. It only activates when the app is open and needs to sync data.

In some cases, you may experience ring disconnection issues. Please follow the instructions below:

In case you have already connected to your ring at least once:

Place your ring on the charger and make sure it has been charged for at least 30 minutes. Check that your phone's GPS localization & Bluetooth are activated. Check your phone settings to ensure that all app permissions are allowed for your Circular app. Make sure your phone is not in Power Saving Mode, which can limit Bluetooth functionality. After double-checking, kill the Circular app (swiped from the background running apps). And Restart your app. If you can't reconnect after that, please follow the next step.
Keep your ring on the charger, go into My ring or Setup > Manage my ring, check that the ring is marked as "Paired to your account" and "Active". If it is on the list but not activated, click on the "Activate" button and wait for 10 seconds. If it's not on the list, click on Set up a new ring and follow the instructions to connect and accept the pairing/bonding pop-up. If you can't reconnect after that, please follow the next step.

Is the Circular Ring waterproof?

The Circular Ring 2 is fully waterproof with IP68 grade. The ring can be immersed in 50 meters of water for a maximum of 30 minutes. It is not recommended for use in salted water.

|| Circular Slim 1

The Circular Slim is waterproof and is IP68 grade. The ring can be immersed in 5 meters of water for a maximum of 30 minutes. It is not recommended for use in salted water.

|| Circular Pro 1

The Circular Pro ring is water resistant if you received it during and after April 2023.

It's suitable for light water exposure like rain, washing your hands or showering. Do not put the ring under water for prolonged time (bath, sea, hammam).

How to know my Circular Ring size?

The Circular ring sizes fit the standard ring sizes. If you already know your ring size, Circular sizes will be the same. You can also go to any jeweler to ask for your US equivalent finger size.

If the size does not fit when you receive your ring, you'll have 14 days upon delivery to change it for free (except shipping) if your ring is unworn and intact.

The ring comes in 9 different sizes from US 6 to US 14. We don't do half sizes. The sizing follows standard US ring sizes, so if you already know yours, Circular will match it exactly.

We offer different options to find your size, from the most accurate to the least accurate method.

The most accurate way to find your size is with our Sizing Kit. This kit includes a full set of plastic rings in every size, so you can try them on at home before receiving your actual Circular Ring. The kit costs $5, and you can order yours separately here or directly with your ring.

How to wear your Circular Ring?

You can wear the Circular Ring on any finger. It is best to wear the Circular Ring on the fingers of your non-dominant hand. Eg: If you are right-handed, wear it on your left hand. The three middle fingers give the most accurate readings.

Finger size can vary through the day, your fingers may swell in the morning or evening.

The ring's logo should be positioned on the top side of your finger.
The sensor part of the ring should be towards the palmar side of your hand.
