I have bad accuracy heart data / readings. What can I do?

If you feel that you have inaccurate readings from your ring while you're doing live measurements or during a sports session, then here is the solution.

  1. Firstly, please clean the LED spots with a cleaning cloth and water.

  1. Slightly rotate your ring around your finger so that the sensor is placed on the lower part of the bottom of your finger, like the picture below. You must avoid the PPG being right in the middle of the side of your finger where the bone is. Instead, aim for the vein underneath.

  1. To achieve greater live accuracy, try closing your fist as shown above. And place your hand at the level of your heart.
