Why is the ring's data synchronization so long? I can't finish the synch.
On the contrary of other device, Circular is sending all of the raw signals and wave forms to our server to be able to offer the best accuracy and advanced monitoring. This also helps to improve our model.
It's better to synchronize your ring everyday so you don't have to wait during long synchronization.
Normally the app will force your screen to stays on during a data synchronization, a live measurement or breathing exercise. If it's not the case, it is advisable to adjust the sleep time of your screen so that your phone does not go to sleep during a synchronization in the case where it stops the synch.
Warning: Some apps on your phone will also stop the syncing if you use them at the same time.
